Walking with Jesus

He was crucified, lied on, talked about, convicted of a crime he did not commit, bruise, battered, and put to shame.

When we walk with Jesus, and we try to do what's right, we have to remember everything Jesus sacrificed for on the cross. He went to the cross to bare everyone pain and burden we would have to deal with. I'm walking with Jesus!

They told lies, they try to manipulate others into beleiving Jesus was not the messiah, they told false accusations, and the convicted Him also. I'm walking with Jesus!

They bruised him physically, emotionally, and mentally yet he stood for what His assignment was. He knew he had to get tot he cross, for you and me. Our salvation was at the cross... Jesus went on our behalf. I'm walking with Jesus!

The pain He felt, the shame He felt, yet he kept His eyes on the cross... Jesus paid it all at the cross. We too must stay focused. We must continue to keep our eyes on the cross. I'm walking with Jesus!

When people do you wrong, accuse you, or make false accusations, keep your eyes on the cross. When people try to mock your or shame you, keep your eyes on the cross. When people us others, and manipulate them, keep your eyes on the cross. When people hurt you emotionally, or physically keep your eyes on the cross... While your focus is the cross keep walking with Jesus!

When people laugh at your, smile and keep walking with Jesus! When people try and destroy your character, smile and keep walking with Jesus! When people misjudge you, Smile and keep walking with Jesus! I'm a believer that God the creator of all, sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for me. He endured much more pain than one could ever imagine.

I'm focused on the cross, and I'm walking with Jesus!

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Psalm 23
